Hilton is VP of Marketing at Cognitive. He was born in Zimbabwe but he's worked in the UK, the USA, and Canada. And he was a founding member of the Account Planning Group (APG) in Toronto, Canada.
After a long career in advertising, Hilton wanted to get closer to business problems. This led him to exploring company culture and change management.
